With the Lok Sabha elections approaching, leading parties are busy shortlisting candidates for specific constituencies. The Bhartiya Janta Party is considering fielding Madhuri Dixit from Pune constituency in the 2019 General elections. Madhuri Dixit had met BJP Party President Amit Shah at her residence in Mumbai in June. He had informed the actor about the achievements of the Modi government as part of ‘Sampark for Samarthan’ program of the party.
